At PURA D'OR, we stand behind the purity and performance of our organic beauty solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
